Badeschiff is really cool. I have visited it also in the winter when it is converted into a sauna and all, and the experience was great. There was one remarkable difference: even though alcohol was also served in the bar, there were no party people, no noisy groups, but instead, tens of Berliin people of different ages spending a relaxed week-end evening in an alternative way. I wrote about it for a Finnish publication for a couple of years ago and we also have suggested something similar in our Helsinki Harbor Hub 2012 Project with myself and Linja Archtects, almost a year and half ago. Ours was of course not floating in the South Harbor waters - the harbor functions do not permit it in such a place.
